Hello, I’m Jaycee Padley, the face behind JP Photography. I’m an 18-year-old photographer based in the Oklahoma Panhandle, and I’ve been in love with photography for about 5 years—3 of those professionally.
What inspires me most are the things I’ve grown up around: ranch life, agriculture, and the Western way of living. There’s something about the dust hanging in the air after a long day on the ranch, or the way the sun sets over an open field, that feels both ordinary and extraordinary at the same time. Those are the kinds of moments I love to capture.
A little more about me
Some of my favorite sessions to shoot are anything to do with agriculture, seniors, and families. I don’t just want to take a nice picture—I want to preserve the laughter, the pride, the love, and even the hard work that makes each story unique.
To me, photography is about more than an image. It’s about freezing the feeling of a moment, so you can hold onto it long after the dust has settled.
